Seasons Greetings and welcome to our third annual newsletter. Thank you for all your continuing support that has helped to make our third year a great success. In particular the "word of mouth" continues to spread and we really appreciate it when you recommend us to your family, friends and
neighbours.

Sadly for us Pam Hester our receptionist, who was with us from
the start of the practice, retired in August, but we are very pleased to have our new reception team of Libby and Pam. They now cover
all the practice opening times, improving our availability to serve and care for our patients. |

To further improve our service Claire is now able to offer appointments until 6.45pm on Wednesdays - hopefully this will be a help to those of you who have to commute.

We are also delighted to welcome experienced Dentist Tim Friel to our team. Tim will be here initially on Saturday mornings. Like John he is a
registered Specialist in Prosthodontics (the replacement of missing teeth).
Tim completed his post-graduate training at London's Eastman Dental Institute in 1994 and works with Claire as a Lecturer at The Royal London Hospital.

April seems a long time ago but John's memories of the blisters are still fresh! Thank you to everyone who sponsored his entry in the London Marathon. He did it in a very respectable time - 3hours 48 minutes and with your support we raised over
£1,200.00 for The Iain
Rennie, Hospice at Home!
Obviously a glutton for punishment, John has now applied for a place in the London Marathon for 2004 so watch this space!
